Rebellion宣布，《狙擊精英：納粹殭屍部隊2》於10月31日在PC上發售。 Rebellion同時在Steam和自己的遊戲商店上展開了遊戲的預訂，預訂的玩家將獲得8折優惠。 Rebellion的總裁Jason Kingsley表示，工作室想發揮前作的長處：“我們想讓最新一作更加瘋狂和恐怖。我們集中精力讓關卡更加有壓迫感，敵人則更兇殘和具有挑戰性。這一款遊戲測試了玩家合作的能力，但是同時玩家在單人模式也可以加大殭屍數量來考驗他們的技術。”
